3jeta Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using

These terms and conditions serve as a legal agreement between the 3jeta platform and its users. 3jeta website (3jeta.bet) by visiting, registering, or using the platform in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

These terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. 3jeta reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be notified on the site along with the updated date.

• Only deposit from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits made using another person's payment account may be cancelled.

The following rules apply when withdrawing your winnings:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500।
• Daily withdrawal limits are determined by your account tier.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal requests are typically Within 24 hours is processed.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• To withdraw bonus funds, the required wagering conditions must be met.

Before placing a bet on 3jeta, please read the following rules carefully:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
• Odds in live betting can change at any time — the odds at the moment of bet confirmation are final.
• If a match is completely cancelled, the bet will be voided and the stake will be refunded.
• If a match is suspended and does not resume within 48 hours, the bet will be voided.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 3jeta reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• If any single event in an accumulator bet is voided, that selection will be removed and the remaining odds will be used to calculate the payout.

If 3jeta detects suspicious betting patterns, it reserves the right to hold the relevant bets pending investigation. Should the investigation reveal evidence of match-fixing or fraud, the bets will be cancelled and the account may be suspended.

3jeta regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each offer comes with its own terms, but the general rules are outlined below:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members once only.
• To withdraw a bonus, you are generally required to 15–30x wagering must be completed.
• A maximum stake limit applies to bets placed using bonuses.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts or abusing bonus offers is not permitted.
• Bonus offers are valid for a limited time — any unused bonus will be forfeited once the offer expires.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 3jeta:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering with a fake identity or using someone else's credentials.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial transactions.
• Placing bets using betting software, bots, or any automated system.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Harassing other users or using offensive language.
• Involvement in match fixing or account selling.

If any of these prohibited activities are detected, 3jeta may immediately suspend the account and seize all associated balances.

There are two types of account closure:

Closed at User's Request: You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Please withdraw any available balance before closing your account.

Closed by 3jeta: If a user is found to have violated the terms, engaged in fraud, or participated in prohibited activities, 3jeta may suspend the account without prior notice.

• Any valid balance may be withdrawn within 30 days of account closure.
• Balances in accounts closed due to terms violations may not be refunded.

3jeta believes betting is entertainment — not an addiction. That's why responsible gaming is at the heart of everything we do.

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Bet Limit: Set a maximum stake limit per bet yourself.
• Session Limit: Set a daily time limit for how long you spend on the platform.
• Cool-Down Period: Take a temporary break of 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: If needed, permanently exclude yourself from betting.

• Bets lost due to internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Any loss resulting from a user sharing their password with another person.
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment gateways.
• Service disruptions caused by unforeseen events such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or government directives.

3jeta reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. When changes are made:

• A notice will be posted on the site before any changes take effect.
• For significant changes, users will be notified via their registered email or SMS.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, please close your account and withdraw your balance.
